Saudi Aramco’s Yanbu NGL and Fractionation Department is currently seeking an experienced Analyzer Engineer for a position in Yanbu’, Saudi Arabia.
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance.
Perform hands-on maintenance, repair and servicing of online process analyzers and those used for monitoring the environment and produced for explosive and toxic gases.
Implement company safety, health and environment management system.
Ensure the availability of analyzer systems.
Generate daily and monthly reports to reflect the percentage availability of analyzer systems and drawing up failure cause reports.
Review and monitor the daily performance of the process analyzers with the affected area operation team.
Develop all the required reliability KPI to monitor the online analyzers daily performance and conditions.
Establish a long-term obsolescence program and propose required upgrade in coordination with the process analyzer suppliers.
Extend support to the field maintenance technicians in doing the required daily troubleshooting for the problems reported on process analyzers.
Review and recommend the required level of spare parts to maintain a continuous reliability for the process analyzers.
Develop a training competency map for engineers and technicians to acquire the required knowledge in managing process analyzers.
