- Managing the annual expense budget for the department.
- Assisting senior management with the development of short and long term financial.
- Plans (budgets) and the annual profit plan.
Coordinating the accurate and timely preparation of all financial statements.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow on a daily basis.
- Validation of all supplier payment.
- Validation of all customer invoices
- Submission of proper documents to bank related to all exports letter of credits
- Maintenance of chart of accounts and the general ledger in line with the industrial standards
- Coordinating with external auditors
- Opening of Letter of credits for the favor of company while minimizing credit risk…
- Managing working capital with assistance of Finance Manager
- Monthly processing of payroll
- Recording all journal entries whenever required
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
- Costing of new products and the annual revision of standard costs.
- Main responsibilities will include preparation of monthly financial statements, maintaining internal control over the division’s assets and liabilities, assisting with the annual business plan and maintaining a good understanding of operations including products, customers, markets and production facilities.
- Overseeing all accounting functions including payables, receivable, fixed assets, costing and general financial reporting.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision for an accounting team; ensure on-going skills enhancement and personal development of the accounting team.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and forecasts.
