We are pleased to announce our first Information Technology Preparatory Trainee Program (IT PTP) and call for Saudi talented Diploma holders to join the Bank through this training program .
IT PTP will aim to provide the trainees with fundamentals of Banking IT and Products. All phases are carefully and thoughtfully designed to maximize the know-how skills and attitudes of the Trainees through intensive "in class and on the Job Training".
To maintain the effectiveness of the program, the intake of candidates is restricted to trainees who are chosen after passing rigorous interviewing and selection process. By the end of program all trainees will be placed across IT various units within the IT Department (Application Support, Application Operations, Development Services, Infrastructure Support, Testing Services...etc)
