• Manage and execute planning process for product line performance, sales, inventory, receipt & markdown %,
• Provide high-level analysis and business reports, including strategic recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensuring departmental plans and sku buys meet financial objectives and support product strategies.
• Lead communication of product sales performance in product conference calls with international principles .
• Review buys at a detailed level to ensure that ordered styles are planned appropriately and support departmental plans.
• Partner with Sales & Area managers to ensure that product distribution is relevant to the stores Dp level & capacity , gather product feedback from the sales staff,
• Maximizing opportunities by continuously analyzing the business and reacting to trends.
• New shipment pricing
• Shipment distribution following the stores ranking & Dp level .
