- Responsible for creating BIG ad ideas for agency's clients.
- Oversees the activity and output of creatives that are assigned to specific accounts or clients
- Proactive in directing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously within established time frames and budgets
- Successfully evaluates art and copy equally
- Responsible for overall quality and presentation of client work
- Plays primary role in client presentations and consistently demonstrates a high level of ability to sell an idea, respond to questions and communicate the agency’s point of view.
- Reviews creative briefs and other forms of project initiation to ensure team has essential information and sufficient time
- Allocates resources to jobs based on skill set, timelines, budget and workload
- Identifies best possible creative solution and execution without regard for where the idea originated
- Works appropriately and efficiently with agency resources and ensures others do the same.
