Job description
Undertake costs analysis for project work
Estimate quantities and checking shop drawings.
Quantities taking off post award of contract to assist PLE preparing the master execution, manpower and equipment schedules
Actual executed quantities measurement/verification and project valuations preparation
Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness
Interfaces with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment to the cost estimates
Organizes and manages a centralized cost estimating database and a formal process to support cost estimating to ensure historical data is utilized
Any other tasks with similar manners
QUALITY SUPERVISOR
Job description
Works under the general guidance and direction of an Engineer
Coordinates activities and schedules with companies, contractors, property owners and other departments.
Resolves conflicts within scope of authority.
Provides information and responds to inquiries from contractors, property owners, and staff
Maintains a variety of logs and records related to employees, work assignments and inspection activities
Performs work in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
