Reporting to Chief accountant
ACTIVITIES
Responsible of accounting material balance reconciliation (in value)
Coordinate with the logistic and supply teams to :
- Ensure that goods received (physical & posted in SAP) are matched with the invoices from the suppliers
- Ensure that finished goods shipped to customers are matched with the invoices issued to the customers
- Ensure that all stocks controls are done in SAP
Responsible for monitoring and reporting of damage products - slow and non moving stock - stocks loss and gain
Organize physical inventory
Responsible of posting inventory and stocks loss and gain in SAP, after management approval
Assist in establishing and implementing inventory and stocks management policies and procedures
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
• Regular coordination with plant and warehouses
• To work closely with supervisor for following stocks movements
• Visit company stocking points (warehouses, plants...)
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Primarily accountable to Chief accountant who should be kept informed about all communication.
• Accurate and on time material balance reconciliation
• Accountable to other department heads in terms of functions which involve their activities.
