Person:
To provides the Medical need of project's team and implement the HSE policy of company at site.
* The implementation of AFET HSE Policy.
* To attend the First aid cases at Project.
* To provide initial Medical need of people at site.
* Analyze/Assess the health condition of employee at project.
* To plan, direct and supervise the HSE functions and activities at Project as directed by HSE manager/Country Manager.
* Keeping up to date with development in the field of HSE as they affect the working activities of Project.
* Analyze report forms for Accidents and near misses reportable under local legislation.
* Promote safety awareness and accident prevention measures to secure a safe place of work.
* Review and audit documented procedures or safe system of work method statements and risk assessments in his division. Inform immediately to Country Manager/HSE manager regarding any serious accident occurred through phone call / email.
