Overall Purpose of the Role
This Candidate will be mainly responsible for running the daily operation subjects related to the Plant. Plan to get the right materials, quantities; on time to meet the assembly line requirements. Responsible to meet the promise delivery dates. In addition, Create the daily production planning schedule, and responsible for achieving this Plan on time to achieve customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
• •Responsible for executing all necessary tasks that will be related to material and production planning.
•Different systems will be required for this planning job, MRP and VMI are two different tools that will be required to be implemented depending on customer's needs and expectations.
•Capable to implement these planning methods using Oracle MI system.
•Capable to implement these planning methods using Oracle MI system.
•Full responsibility of material stocking levels to be under control to help in achieving the planned inventory turns targets.
•Managing workers on Assembly line to achieve the planned daily production, productivity & Quality.
•Manage a Staff team of Logistic and Shipper coordinators.
•Communicating and dealing directly with internal and external suppliers to agree on deliveries Lead-time, revising FCST data and Plan for future orders
•Responsible for achieving Delivery performance, inventory management, productivity and Quality targets & presenting these achievements through Monthly Operational Performance Reports
•Participate in cycle counting and annual physical stock taking is mandatory
