The 12 month development program consists of classroom based training and interactive & personalized workshops conducted by in-house trainers and external consultants, together with several "on the job" assignments to various departments of the bank.
Management Associate will take assignments that are designed to extend that hands-on exposure of the MA to allow him to obtain a practical understanding of the core functions/responsibilities of their selected department, along with the inter-connection between other related departments in delivering business goals & challenges.
At the end of the program you will gain a solid general banking knowledge foundation and sufficient hands-on experience to commence work by joining BAJ family.
