Our client, a prestigious insurance organization is looking for a Regional Retail Sales Manager to join their expanding team in Saudi. The ideal candidate, who reports to the Retail Sales Director, has to set and control action plans for the region by identifying market updates, sales force improvements and recommend implementation of changes.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market segments.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
• Ensure effective cost management of the regional budget including, training, travel, incentives and capital expenditures.
• Give strategic direction to the Sales team during team management meetings so as to help them achieve the sales plan.
• Manage and leads the territory sales teams to achieve sales targets within the agreed performance management process.
