1. Interface with senior technology managers from various business areas to understand current processes, issues and data/reporting challenges in order to recommend technical solutions.
2. Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
3. Elicit, analyze, document and validate detailed business and functional requirements enabling software/hardware enhancements to be developed and tested that meet client goals.
4. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
5. Work with architects and developers to ensure completeness and accuracy of the technical specifications and design, meeting business requirements.
6. Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
7. Provide visibility to project manager on progress against approaching milestones, issues, risks and dependencies. Proactively create and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
