Sr. Officer - e-Marketing - BUPA Arabia

• Contribute to the web strategy by introducing new innovative ideas that are applicable with the available resources

• Execute all planned actions based on the yearly/monthly plans

• Updating and managing content for the website and social media pages on a daily basis

• Managing the CMS from administration point of view

• Make sure that all the technical issues are resolved for the CMS, social media and newsletter applications through IT and agency support

• Address and highlight all applications’ issues or shortage to maintain a sufficient time frame

• Daily posts, reply and monitoring visitor’s feedback externally and internally

• Responding to and resolving customer queries and comments

• Perform the content related modifications and editing for social

• Organizing and coordinating between the community management team

• Make the related content editing in the website and social media

• Continuously report back end system (CMS) issues related to e-commerce online process

• Apply the On-Page SEO, monitor and schedule off-page SEO activities

• Manage and check google analytics outcomes, and manage the monthly reports

• Continuously checking our pages rank in different sites and directories

• Make all necessary communication between marketing and other partners (internally and externally)

• Contribute in the monthly and yearly digital planning
