Looking for Maintenance Engineer to work with a real estate developer to manage the maintenance services across multiple sites in Dammam region in Saudi Arabia
Job Description
• Planning for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities.
• Managing the existing Electrical & Mechanical teams. Organizing and coordinating the day to day operations of the jobsite.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
• Providing support to ongoing projects whenever needed.
• Leading handed over assets in cooperating with the Project Department from construction stage.
• In-depth knowledge of trade construction, maintenance materials, material cost, timing estimates, knowledge of specifications for mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
• Liaising with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Controlling and managing maintenance issues.
• Flexible to work overtime when required. Answering and resolving emergency issues.
