Organizational Change Management consultant for Oracle ERP Implementation.
Leads and/or participates in the organizational change and learning portions of large-scale ERP engagements involving technology change, process change, organizational change, and business transformation
Has direct accountability for the scope, quality, and financials of the OCM portion of the project, provides hands-on leadership and direction
lead and/or deliver client business transformation services related to the ERP implementation initiative such as organization design, executive alignment, value-driven transformation, value realization, business case development, and performance measurement; ERP implementation in Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management systems is preferred.
Hands-on consulting delivery role
Provide the people and organizational focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation
Understanding of OCM framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive ERP solutions that transform the clients business
Responsibilities include developing strategy and detailed plans, then delivering across the various ERP Org Change work streams: organization change, stakeholder management, communication, training, benefits realization, organization design, and culture transformation. The ERP Org Change consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.
Language: Arabic must with fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
