This position, focuses on sales figure achievements, and is a totally field sales job for outgoing candidates who enjoy social competencies, easy-going personality and ability to create and maintain relations with other people. Time management is a key for success and the job requires excellent communication and persuasive skills as well as aptitude for learning and self-development. The posts report to the sales supervisors.
Job Tasks / Roles:
1. Representing the company in a professional manner and, accomplishing company mission by achieving the post-set. Sales target.
2. Developing an overall knowledge of products, services and policies.
3. Using the professional knowledge, and additionally acquiring new technical and clinical knowledge for scientifically studying and understanding the specifications and particulars of all the products.
4. Conducting regular promotional sales calls to professionals in the relevant specialties and to the managerial staff of customers on pre-planned monthly and weekly schedules, and on demand.
5. Traveling to additional assigned regions out of the assigned job base.
6. Preparing quotations and sales proposals with technical specifications.
7. Identifying new sales opportunities and endeavoring to add to the assigned accounts.
8. Delivering sales presentations to customers by fully planning each call with specific objectives, maintaining the customer’s interest, overcoming objections positively, reframing product features into customer benefits and the competent use of relevant literature.
9. Maintaining full and accurate records of all customers including specialties, products used, objections raised response to previous presentations, best time to see, and specific requirements.
10. Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all weekly reports, maintenance of territory call records, handling of enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
