Purpose:
To identify and engage potential customers, as well as retain current customers through carrying out sales activities including technical product discussions in order to achieve the agreed sales targets and increase market share within the company's operational plans and adopted policies and procedures.
Sales Operations:
• Review received inquiries, engage and provide recommendations to customers to clarify their current and future needs and position the company favorably
• Provide and present the inquiry details to the Sales Supervisor for review and validation to enable accurate pricing
• Ensure estimations team preparation of priced quotations based on received and clarified customer inquiries
Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure continuous communications with customers to identify and address their current and future needs
• Identify opportunities and advise customers on the market’s offerings to increase customers’ loyalty to the company
• Identify and address disputes with customers to ensure customer retention and protect the company's market positioning
Policies, Processes and Procedures:
• Follow all relevant Sales and Marketing’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within the company
