* POLICIES, PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES: Document and maintain policies, practices, and procedures that are required to support all product development activities.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: Organize and administer training programs that ensure Technical personnel work in a safe, incident-free manner and they provide the highest quality of services to meet the job requirements.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND COMMUNICATIONS: Prepare manpower plans, expense budgets, and capital budgets which support plans for execution of the job responsibilities including training, travel, equipment, tools, and capital needs to support the efficient execution of any activities required by the job role.
CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT: In coordination with the Human Resource department facilitate the recruitment of any base load contract employees and periodic service contractors needed to carry out the strategic plans for the job role.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT: Ensure critical policies, practices and procedures are documented and maintained in accordance with the plant Operational Excellence System Standards and Specifications.
