The Role:
Manage & Support IT Infrastructure Systems by providing technical expertise associated with planning, implementation and operations.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage the SLA for technical teams for Incident, problem and change management and present reports to management.
* Day to day operations monitoring, Planning and execute health checks and performance tuninig for Systems.
* Plan, manage and ensure timely completion of IT Projects and ensure smooth handover to Operations.
* Participate in Procurement process for new products and contracts renewal.
* Work Closely with Management to define Technology Roadmap for IT Infrastructure & Systems.
