A minimum of 8 years construction experience with minimum 5 years experience in the quantity surveying and cost estimating construction works, materials and equipment. Four (4) years experience required in the Middle East or similar environment. Must have strong technical and administrative background to satisfy reporting and documentation requirements. The candidate shall be fluent written and spoken English
Note: The candidates must be in Saudi Arabia with a Transferable Iqama.
