We are looking for a senior network engineer with the following :
performs needs analysis, installation, training and problem resolution for communications equipment supported by the company. The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the configuration, implementation, installation and training of computer networking hardware and software.
responsible for developing and nurturing strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with customers. The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of Company products, programs and services. The position addresses customer’s issues and ensures effective and long-term problem resolution.
