A Captain Waiter is a person who supervises workers' activities in the dining room. The job description of a captain waiter is to supervise within the restaurant, make plans for the waiters or waitresses, receive order from customers, ensure good services to the customers and also he or she is responsible for the volume of sales from the customers.
