Job Purpose: To provide effective project management disciplines within AEC organisation. Responsible for the successful implementation of multiple projects including resource planning to ensure demand is met in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. The job holder will manage and coordinate a number of key projects undertaken by AEC. The role is accountable for ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget and fully meet all projects deliverables.
2. The job holder will have key responsibilities for project initiation, planning, resource allocation and documentation to all stakeholders. Project governance, prioritisation, reporting and quality assurance.
3. The position will provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to project members and teams.
4. The job holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining project management processes and methodology in order to provide best practice and support for company projects
5. Monitoring the status and risks of projects and reporting of projects to the company leadership team.
6. Selection of project management tools
7. The role will be key in motivating employees and project team members, providing strong application of skills, along with leadership, guidance and coaching activities to deliver quality focused outcomes
