1. Prepare the Construction Execution Plan () Master Plan by using Primavera/ MS
Project for executing the field work, from bidding to completion and turn over to the
owner. The master plan is prepared based on overall project financing, strategic
schedule dates, allocation of project resources and contracting procedures.
2. Prepare the time plan . working plan for the project execution by breaking the
project scope into major work activities (Work break down
structure) and assign completion dates for each activity.
3. Prepare the money plans . detailed project budget based on sound construction
cost estimate. The cash flow plan results from the budget and the schedule, and
forecast how the budgeted funds will be spent.
4. Analyzing and forecasting the human, material and systems resources required to
execute a construction project according to the master plan and schedule.
