Responsibilities:
• Review sales, food cost, cost of goods sold or labor cost.
• Prepare full P&L analysis and report it to the management.
• Reconcile the suppliers accounts and review of vendor statements.
• Prepare budgets and compare with actual expenditure on monthly basis.
• Prepare cheques for suppliers, inventory, purchases, requesting disbursements.
• Span transactions, reconcile credit card statement and reconcile bank statement.
