Core Purpose of Job:
To assist the SAP Support Analyst to facilitate the assigned SAP Module to Almarai business community by insuring the full system functionality support to the business process in providing decent solutions, reliable support, business value added training, enhancing the system, effectively utilize and obtaining the maximum system benefits, and provide and maintain a high Service Level based on agreed SLA with business. In case an assigned SAP Support Analyst is not on board, then independently support the assigned SAP module; with a view to progress to take up complete charge of the concerned module within a reasonable period of time.
Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
1. Act as a second line Functional support for the assigned business area assisting the business processes within SAP to achieve maximum business benefit with the system.
2. Assist in identifying business process improvement opportunities within the assigned SAP module to streamline the process.
3. Act as a team leader for SAP module’s development to derive benefits.
4. Train maximum number of the SAP module end users to use the system effectively.
