Sensory Test Preparation & Execution
- Accountable for preparing the questionnaires which will statistically assess the key sensory attributes of client products, as per clients’ requirements, against a random set of consumers.
- Responsible for acquiring and receiving the test samples required for sensory tests, as well as ensuring the availability and suitability of the testing facility.
- Responsible for statistically and scientifically preparing and presenting products’ key sensory attributes (sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing) via graphs, charts and tables so as to benchmark clients’ products against competing products.
- Ensures the integrity, cohesion and thoroughness of the data, from the integrity of the questionnaires, the thoroughness of the samples, and finally the accuracy of the interpretation of the results.
