Job Description:
Based in Riyadh or Jeddah with some travel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Software Operations Manager will manage software deployment & training at client's site, identify improvements (process, training and system development) that impact our ability to recognize revenue, and provide strategic and tactical input to the products function and the product development team. This person will eventually manage a team of Software implementers.
The Software Operations Manager will coordinate daily with our sales team, providing support and guidance on best practices and ensuring there are no roadblocks to software execution. He should be the division expert in all related technical issues. The candidate should be able to work closely with sales, clients, and information technologies (IT) within the company to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches and deliver superior customer service.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Capable to operate with minor supervision
• Day to day team management including growth and development of direct reports
• Outline client requirements, specifications and products as needed; work with various internal teams to launch new products
• Drive team efficiency to meet key business metrics
• Proactively present new features and functionality to management in order to keep pace with industry trends and business objectives
• Proactively troubleshoot delivery and technical issues to ensure revenue recognition. Field and coordinate resolution of partner initiated issues / escalations
• Review and update software usage documentation for best practices and training to be used by internal resources
• Review, test and schedule demonstrations to clients
• Communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand
• Offer full support for escalated issues where customer needs the comfort of knowing they have individuals who can assist them on a more personal level
• Provide training (troubleshooting delivery issues, mastering software usage, understanding delivery priorities, etc.) to Sales and Sales Operations as needed
