My client is looking for an experienced Management Consultant it is essential you have a strong background with Telecoms and Mergers & Acquisitions and the following skill set :-
Knowledge of business processes and ability to have a business-oriented vision with Strategic planning skill set and experience
Business Case development experience with evaluation of profitability/risk
Understanding and experience in telecom industry and organization and ICT business
Experience in both developed and developing markets
Management consulting frameworks such as mind mapping, interrelated, pyramid, sequential, value chain.
Project planning and implementation and project management tools and principles
Final Modelling and valuation skills with in-depth understanding of Telecom market
Operational analysis and decision-making techniques for resource allocation and organizational effectiveness
Fiscal management and budgetary preparation and control required to administer a budget
5-7 years of progressively responsible project management in either a Global (International) top-tier Telco operator.
2-5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting company
Proven track record of working and executing in M&A deals with transaction size from million to billions of dollars
PMP certificate ( preferably)
