Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the company according to its available budget for each department, closely controlling the purchasing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring delivery schedules are met, and managing products storing and delivery to his internal clients.
Responsibilities:
1- Leads, coaches, mentors, trains and develops members of the Procurement / Logistics Team.
2- Prepares cost/benefit analysis to determine the optimal product order.
3- Coordinates product delivery logistics with suppliers.
4- Resolves complex delivery, quality, or other related problems with manufacturers and suppliers.
5- Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively .
6- Control the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse .
7- Keep track of stock availability and place orders when needed .
8- Update sales price of products according to the cost .
9- Create new product entries for new kind of goods .
