The Role:
Supervise the DC various routes through route visits targets and ensure that each sales rep compliance with the FLI execution standards as well as the proper way of achieving the targets.
Accountabilities:
1. Consolidate the DC data required for the AOP preparation.
2. Organize, control and motivate representatives to achieve sales targets within the agreed profit margins by applying FLI standards.
3. Conduct & Compliance with FLSMP.
4. Regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements and communicate these fluctuations on the proper timing to the district manager for decision making.
5. Ensure the company’s product promotional plans are understood and implemented in the right time & at the right place across all routes.
6. Conduct all the administrative transactions for the DC (DC warehouse lease, daily sales invoicing cycle, …etc).
