This position will be responsible for directing all of the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards. This will be conducted whilst also ensuring that a safe atmosphere is prevalent.
Duties will include, but may not be limited to the following:
• Estimating the cost of repairs
• Working closely with other managers within the Service department.
• Establishing rapport with financial services representatives.
• Developing plans for the department in order to align it to company development strategies.
• Oversee the work of the Body Shop team members.
