Role Purpose:
Candidate should be able to conduct detailed learning needs analysis for frontliners in sales outlets. Candidate must then be able to develop and apply appropriate learning intervention methods to close the gaps, and ultimately measure the learning outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
* Responsible to prepare detailed learning/developmental needs analysis for frontline staff.
* Prepare appropriate learning materials to bridge the learning gap.
* Deliver the intervention to develop the required staff talent level.
* Measure the learning outcomes. Conduct audits and report performance accordingly as and when required.
