Servicing Manager - Saudi Home Loans

Manage the following divisions within servicing: customer service, foreclosure, bankruptcy, operations, investor reporting and system administration. Ensure that company policy is adhered to, remittances are generating in a timely fashion and mortgage documents are secured.



*Main duties:



- Manage daily Servicing operations to ensure that all company and investor policies and procedures are followed.

- Maintain the Servicing Manual for SHL and keep it current with relevant laws and regulations.

- Provide customers a welcome package (set of documents) at the time of funding loans.

- Deal with customers who wish to close their account by providing pay-off quotes.

- Manage all customers’ queries through emails, phone call or wolk in customer.

- Work with other departments to ensure the efficient transfer of existing and new loans to the Servicing Department.

- Manage customer contacts, including inbound and outbound calls, letters, SMS and e-mail to achieve service levels.

- Manage the Customer Information File in Daybreak to keep company records current and accurate.

- Manage the collateral (properties), including securing of collateral, release of collateral, foreclosure and sale of collateral.

- Establish and maintain staffing models and budgets to support the goals of the Servicing Department.

- Maintain and develop up-to-date technology within Servicing to achieve continuous improvements to service levels
