• Install and maintain hardware and/or software
• Do performance tuning
• Perform backup/recovery
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Supporting End-Users with MS Windows OS, MS Office tools, software application, Hardware troubleshooting by finding solutions and rectifying problems and software updates
• Answer help-desk contacts
• Provide inventory management/record keeping
• Monitor licenses
• Do simple system administration, e.g. adding end users
• Coordinate with other information systems resources
