Almarai Company is the leading Food and Beverage Company in the Gulf Region. We are looking for a Medical Sales Representatives for our International Pediatric Nutrition Company for Saudi Arabia.
Core Purpose of Job:
Promotes use of and selling infant formulas and baby food products to physicians, hospitals, polyclinics, maternity hospitals, primary healthcare centers and related pharmacies within his assigned territory, by performing the following duties:
- Medical detailing and distribution of promotional materials amongst target audience.
- Medical detailing, selling to pharmacies related to hospitals and polyclinics.
- Organizing scientific meetings, participation in relevant scientific activities and customer sponsorship.
- Ensuring good customer service in the most efficient manner adhering strictly to company trade, quality, safety policies & code of conduct.
Areas of Responsibility (AOR):
1. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from line manager, trade shows, and other sources.
2. Calls on customers to inform about new products, and explain characteristics, usage and clinical studies whenever applicable.
3. Discusses dosage, use, and effect of new and existing formulations.
4. Presents various promotional tools of new and existing products to customers.
5. Enlists, sells and takes orders from authorized persons.
6. Works with sales support team to keep account activities and literature up to date.
7. Tracks stock levels, consumption rate and reallocate when necessary.
8. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
9. Presents the organization in various external events.
10. Achieve targeted sales volume to deliver the region’s growth objectives.
11. Achieve product distribution targets to optimize sales & improve market share.
12. Maintain Temporary credit within company policy to avoid any bad debt or financial loss
13. Maintain Good customer relations to ensure market dominance & goodwill
14. Provide accurate and timely feedback from the market place to take corrective/ preventive actions
15. Enters & updates customer data and other sales data into computer database.
16. Appropriate planning and reporting of daily work and activities.
