ROLE PURPOSE
To ensure complete support to the business through performance management and reporting through the sales and marketing channels
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES / DECISION AREAS
Sales & Marketing performance Reporting
•Develop periodical report based on business needs that shows the performance of the sales and marketing team
•Automate sales reports using different intelligent tools in the business to maximize the utilization of these reports by the sales management team
•Provide external department with different reports based on requirements
•Develop business report that will reflect the business performance to the sales management
2On-going support
•Support SOM in projects assigned to commercial department in relation to performance management
