Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, your primary role will be to manage the Finance and IT functions, and coordinate the finance activities across all of the oragnisations divisions and departments.

Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, your primary role will be to manage the Finance and IT functions, and coordinate the finance activities across all of the oragnisations divisions and departments. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the decision making of senior management through the provision of high quality accounting information
- Leading the budgeting planning and forecasting activities wit the support fo the MD and Divisional Heads, including leading the annual budgeting process,
- Presentation of Financial Reports for the group, and liaison with external auditors to ensure they are true and correct,
- Managing the Corporate & Project Finance function, treasury operations and banking relationships,
- Monitor actual performance versus budget and address variations,
- Amoung other dutuies..
Profile
Our client is looking for:
- Bachelors Degree and Professional Accounting qualifications
- Experience as the Gorup / Holding CFO for a large and complex groups of compAnies, in Saudi Arabia, or the wider GCC.
- Strong technical accounting skills and a barod knowledge base covering financial reporting, budgeting and planning, treasury and corporate finance.
-You must be a leader of people and have the vision and people management skills to grow a strong accountable working culture with the Fiannce and IT functions
- Strong commercial skills and previous experience in managing a large and diverse organisation.
