- Daily inspection of the site and produce daily reports.
- Perform random quality assurance inspections to verify contractor conformance
- Monitor and inspect contractor work performance and adherence to contract.
- Attend pre-installation meetings to confirm contractor’s instructions to subcontractors are consistent with the project plans and specifications.
