Progressive Global Energy is looking for IT System Analyst for a petro chemical refinery in Saudi Arabia.
Role type: Full time/Residential on Family Status.
Salary: Market competitive paid monthly in USD plus ex-pat benefits.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Guides and supports throughout the phase of deployment and implementation of new IT systems and applications.
-Submit regular reports to Management with regards to business applications performance and availability highlighting any changes, pending issues or problems that need resolution.
-Assists in developing and monitoring performance targets for all business applications
-Analyse application development needs and coordinates with vendors for the implementation of application changes or solution installations, as well as upgrades or conversions.
-Analyses the impact of applying data systems to the areas of concern and from there, provide recommendations on whether to upgrade to a different or same system or not.
-Oversees the installation, maintenance and audit requirement of applications and all its related integration systems.
-Implement application changes through automation, process change, management solutions and training.
-Conduct diagnostic investigations of program errors and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE required:
-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
-Minimum of 6 years with relevant experience.
