o Responsible for the deployment of Projects and released products at client premises o Handling reported issues and providing immediate support for it’s resolution o Finding solutions to the new requirements o Efficiently manage the technical queries raised from the clients and other departments as well o Coordinate and communicate with the clients in getting the issues / tasks done o Support team members in setting up the testing environment o Provide assistance to other Support Engineers in resolving the issues o Provide training of the products to Customers and other Support Engineers o Taking ownership of the assigned work and get the work done in an efficient manner Required Experience: o At least 3+ years experience in Technical Support o 3+ years experience in the Computer Software Industry Nationality: Pakistani Only
