Sales Engineer - Asas Al Jood Trading Est.

1. Know all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation of the clients.

2. Contacting existing & new customers (Clients, Consultants & EPC companies) for the activities such as, product presentation, enquiry generation, submitting quote, techno-commercial clarifications, and negotiations during order finalization, order execution and after sales requirements.

3. Establishing long term relation with customers.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction on products and services provided

5. Keeping track of upcoming projects in the Kingdom.

6. Update and maintain the database in the current and future projects.

7. Updating and maintaining customer contacts data.

8. Coordinating with Principals for various activities related to pre-sales, order finalization, order execution, company commission negotiations, Payment, after sales & business development.

9. Supporting company activities for Principal development.

10. Supporting Rotating & Process equipment team activities

11. To maintain the confidentiality of information relating to the company and not disclosed to others except to whom it may concern



Performance criteria:

1. Capacity to implement the plan

2. Maintain good relations with customers

3. Submit reports to the General Manager/Sales Manager on the nature of direct communication with customers.

4. The ability to apply and achieve the Target
