Be accountable for the overall performance in the increase of Service sales turnover in respective territory of responsibility
Responsible for executing the Area and Regional service strategy within territory of responsibility• Co-ordinate with Service Managers and Service technicians to ensure best in class service to customers
Ensure target fulfilment of Service contract renewals
Plan and execute aggressive Service drives/camps for up-selling & cross-selling of high-end service plans, retrofit proposals andValue Added Offers
Identify and recommend service acquisitions to direct supervisor
Develop trustful and relevant relationships to DORMA customers
Provide market and competition feedback to superiors from time to time with recommendations for increasing service marketshare
Conduct business in line with applicable local laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures, company’s code of conduct
