Must Have:Must have 10 - 12 years of Siebel experience
Should Have:
* Should have strong problem solving techniques and skills.
* Advanced and Comprehensive knowledge of system interfaces and integration Issues based on telecom operation
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of BPMN
* Certification of TM Forum on eTOM, TAM & SID
Responsibilities:
1. To define functional and technical requirements with end users and technical.
2. Providing technical leadership on CRM engagement, including serving as a resource to the project team and the client by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues.
3. Work with other architects to ensure that the end to end solution work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
4. Own Siebel CRM architecture and make sure all designs and development is according to Siebel and development best practices.
5. Review technical documentation to verify compliance with business requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines
6. Review application and technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality standards.
7. Communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other areas of the project.
8. Engage and deliver Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), trainings & demos. Where required, co-ordinate benchmarks, customer workshops etc.
