A luxury hotel company is looking to hire a dynamic director of HR to join the executive team members of a soon-to-open luxury resort.
A successful candidate will lead, manage and organise all aspects of the human resources department to the highest professional standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as issued by the Managing Director and the company. He is responsible for the relation with the authorities in connection with visas and employment regulations. He ensures strict confidentiality of all personnel matters.
