Human Resources Manager - Saudi only - Ejadah Management Consultancy

• Lead the HR Department and effectively manage Company’s human resources.

• Plan, budget and control Company’s HR expenses;

• Comply with national labor regulations; meet or exceed the yearly employment requirements of Saudi nationals;

• Recruit, develop and retain the appropriate skills needed by Company’s departments and projects;

• Establish and promote the policies and procedures that foster personnel performance including motivation, loyalty and teamwork;

• Communicate Company’s values and ensure that they are shared and abided by;

• Enhance human skills and talents through proper orientation, training, job rotation and other personal development programs; include training and personal development schemes for managers;

• Establish a human resources’ database which highlights qualifications and talents and tracks evolution of responsibilities and achievements;

• Be Company’s knowledge source for all personnel related matters including statistics, and expected mobilizations and demobilizations;

• Provide valuable insight on the labor market trends, including competitors’ HR strategies;

• Monthly report on all HR activities including actual v/s planned expenses, challenges, opportunities, threats, market trends, outlook etc…; provide strategic recommendations.
