Responsibilities
• Creating interior designs (for corporate, restaurant & residential) and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• to make sure that projected designs & specifications match their needs in a functional, safe and economical way.
• Preparing tender applications and presentations; documents for contracts.
• Prepare the BOQ, objectives and specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
• Control and supervise project from start to finish.
• Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time, on required quality and to budget.
• Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
