• The King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) is searching for a procurement director who will develop, administer and audit all procurement related activities for KAPSARC. As a member of the Procurement Review Committee, the procurement director will work closely with the KAPSARC leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans, ensuring all procurement and purchasing programs are in alignment and support the KAPSARC’s mission and objective. The job scope includes, but is not limited to: Directs the procurement daily tasks, development, and future growth in alignment with KAPSARC, Oversees the operational activities of the purchasing, contracting, and planning / supplier relation functions, and analyzes and resolves complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
