Shared Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
1) Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate owners requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the partners.
2) Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
3) Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
4) Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
5) Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
6) Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
7) Follow accelerant policies, procedures and methodologies.
8) Conduct regular status meetings with partners, keeping the partners needs and requirements continuously in view.
9) Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between accelerant and its stakeholders are precise.
10) Travel required up to 15% of the time.
11) Other duties may be assigned by CEO.
12) Implementation Duties & Responsibilities
13) Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed.
14) Arrange customer training and align training with customer goals.
15) Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and escalating appropriately as needed.
16) Maintain timelines and target dates in Microsoft Project or similar system.
17) Product Development Duties & Responsibilities
18) Define & maintain all product development processes, manage software development lifecycle.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
