To lead and manage all project procurement and work winning procurement activities within the Saudi & Middle East region, providing specialist procurement expertise, devising and implementing the procurement strategy. The role holder will be expected to work closely with all other parts of the business to meet organisational goals and be capable of leading a team of operational procurement staff.
Support tendering teams with up to date procurement data, expertise and advice.
Have a hands on approach and act as procurement lead on projects, ensure a procurement strategy is produced and adhered to on every project, procurement schedule is produced and kept up to date and carry out or delegate tasks as a member of the project team.
Ensure compliance with the company policy and guidelines.
Maintain savings on a monthly basis in accordance with the business processes.
Produce monthly reports for procurement dashboard, record and monitor action/improvement plans to enhance results.
Manage/lead and develop staff.
